Balscote Village Fete - June 8th

Saturday June 8th would normally be Balscote Film Club night, due to the village fete film club is scheduled for Saturday June 15th when Quartet will be screened.

Cecily, Reggie, and Wilfred are in a home for retired musicians. Every year, on October 10, there is a concert to celebrate Verdi's birthday and they take part. Jean, who used to be married to Reggie, arrives at the home and disrupts their equilibrium. She still acts like a diva, but she refuses to sing. Still, the show must go on... and it does. The Butcher Arms Beer & Music Fest 7th - 9th June

Summer's nearly here and its time to plan a beer in our lovely garden. Our Beer Festival will have a twist this year as we are proud to announce that Jenna Witts will be our guest at the Post Fete Party on Saturday June 8th (from 8pm) we will also be having local bands all weekend. So put this great weekend in your diary and keep an eye on what's lined up. This event is to raise money for "Banbury's Smaller Charities" so your support is appreciated. Crafted Beers with a Summer Twist served straight from the Cask and additional draft Ciders. Camping Available for respectable campers (Please call The Butchers Arms to arrange)

Balscote Film Club Membership Details

 

Due to the film licensing conditions we have to operate the film club using an annual membership approach. This means paying an up front annual membership fee that will give you unlimited admission to all film events throughout the year.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP COSTS
Adults £15, Senior Citizens £10, Children (Under 16) £7, Children (Under 5) Free

MONTHLY FILM NIGHTS on the 2nd Saturday Night of each month at 7:30pm
KIDS MOVIE CLUB on the 2nd Saturday Afternoon of each month at 2pm
Popcorn and drinks will of course be available !
